Booking Conditions for Customers Booking with Inspire Europe Ltd through IPKIS Travel
These Booking Conditions form the basis of your agreement when you make a booking with Inspire Europe Ltd through IPKIS Travel. Please read them carefully as they set out your rights and responsibilities, as well as those of Inspire Europe Ltd and IPKIS Travel.
1. Your Agreement with IPKIS Travel
When you make a booking through IPKIS Travel, your contract is directly with tour operator or travel provider. By booking, you agree to the terms and conditions of Inspire Europe Ltd, which can be provided upon request.
2. ABTA Protection
Inspire Europe Ltd is a member of ABTA (The Association of British Travel Agents) under membership number [insert number]. ABTA provides assistance and financial protection for holidaymakers in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- If your travel arrangements involve accommodation, package holidays, or other travel services regulated by ABTA, you are entitled to:

3. ATOL Protection

- You will be refunded in full if Inspire Europe Ltd fails before your trip.
- If you are abroad when failure occurs, you will be repatriated back to the UK.

4. Deposits and Final Payments

7. Cancellation or Changes by Your Operator
- If your operator cancels or makes significant changes to your booking, you will be notified promptly.
- You will be offered a refund or an alternative arrangement of comparable quality.
8. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all bookings. It is your responsibility to ensure your policy covers all aspects of your trip, including cancellations, medical emergencies, and repatriation.
9. Your Responsibilities
- Ensure you have a valid passport, necessary visas, and any required vaccinations.
- Abide by the terms of your booking and notify IPKIS Travel or Inspire Europe Ltd promptly of any issues.
10. Complaints and Disputes
- If you encounter an issue during your trip, contact IPKIS Travels' emergency number immediately for assistance.
- If your complaint cannot be resolved locally, contact IPKIS Travel in writing within 28 days of returning to the UK.
- Disputes not resolved can be referred to ABTA’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme, ensuring an independent and impartial resolution.
11. Liability
- IPKIS Travel accepts responsibility for the proper provision of services as per your booking. However, they are not liable for unusual or unforeseen circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
- IPKIS Travel acts solely as an agent and cannot accept liability for the performance of services provided by third party operators.
12. Force Majeure
Neither Inspire Europe Ltd nor IPKIS Travel shall be held liable for cancellations or alterations caused by circumstances outside their control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, or pandemics.
13. Data Protection
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with IPKIS Travel's Privacy Policy, ensuring compliance with UK GDPR.
